Hand coded in Notepad++
Responsive tested in Campaign Monitor and live devices

Contains the usual suite of features:
- Bulletproof buttons
- "MSO" conditional statements for Outlook
- Mobile and Desktop specific images
- "Clamp" font sizes and padding (with failsafe backups)
- Mobile and Desktop specific layout changes
